How about a phone with a breathaliser so as when your drunk it won't allow you send texts u will cringe at if your brave/stupid enough to read them back in the mornin. The only function that would be allowed with a positive reading would be an emergency call.

Yes but they had anonimity. They didn't have to face the people they were texting at all hours.
