I feel people are straying from the original point a few of us knowledgeable posters have made that Martin Storey is arguably the greatest hurler since Christy Ring.

Such a pity there's no one witht he same swagger about them.

Ruanua, I played with Philly's older brother Padraig. Philly was about 3/4 years younger.

I remember a few Smith lads from out the waterford road - One of them might have been your era -
Also there was a John Millea (spelling) from out sheastown direction
Chunky had a son that was maybe two years older than me also.

I used to live out Kilfera direction (oakwood)

The only two good things to come out of Wexford are that song dancing on the crossroads and the road to Kilkenny with Wexford Strawberries in a distant third
