The quality of the ball Goulding was receiving did help Tom O'Sullivan, not to take away fully from his performance though as he made a few surging runs from defence. The Man of the match was Tommy Walsh. In the first half he got two fantastic points when Kerry were on the rack and in the second half when Cork were staging a mini-revival he popped up at the crucial stage with two more, one of which was an absolute beauty. Certainly the best player on the day

Galvin, but Tom O' Sullivan wasnt a bad choice, he was there or there abouts.
