Before the development I used to stand on the Canal end & since then I prefer to sit in the upper deck of the canal end too. slayer (Limerick) - Posts: 6480 - 18/09/2009 09:56:42 429590 Link 0 |

once your more than 30 rows up youll have a good seat...row jj or the first seat in the upper tier are the best possible...doesnt really matter if your in the middle i find once you can see the scope of the whole pitch is the main thing proevo (Meath) - Posts: 296 - 19/09/2009 13:49:42 430474 Link 0 |
I like the upper tier, back row, right in the corner where the canal end meets the hogan. Great view with a pair of binoculars whiterbannnas (Mayo) - Posts: 2441 - 19/09/2009 15:22:50 430505 Link 0 |

A member of my family was at the hurling final two weeks ago with a ticket in the corner of lower canal and cusack (defiently the worst views) with railings impinging on his views and the inclement weather, He decided to go up to the top part of the lower section and walked over to the centre field of the Cusack stand. Although he had to stand, he had a perfect view of the match, had a tv with replays only feet away and was dry for the whole game. Best idea I heard in ages.
