Heard a rumour that Collie Holmes will be transferring from Armagh Harps to Eglish. He lives in Eglish and wants to finish his club career off in Tyrone. Istemi_theDemi (Tyrone) - Posts: 56 - 03/09/2009 11:24:46 414138 Link 0 |

i heard more gossip that aidan and eoin donaghy have been approached by cookstown the_king5 (Tyrone) - Posts: 45 - 04/09/2009 00:16:20 415078 Link 0 |
I believe that Aidan Donaghy has been approached by Cookstown,Edendork and Dungannon all looking him to play for them and guarenting him starting regular football although it is at a lower standard than he was playing at Donaghmore...however im led to believe that eoin has turned down any such overs and has pledged to play for donaghmore until he stops playing ball. yes i believe the donaghys have approached some local men,one a former tyrone player who has advised aidan to move club to get regular football so he can continue his county football with tyrone after playing some good stuff with the under 21's the_king5 (Tyrone) - Posts: 45 - 05/09/2009 13:32:55 416342 Link 0 |
aidan will not be that big of a lose as he can only play midfield and with some of the excellent midfielders coming through donaghmore notably Eoin Donaghy and Niall mc Kenna he would struggle to nail down a starting place in the senior team Tyronefan015 (Tyrone) - Posts: 77 - 06/09/2009 15:16:49 416964 Link 0 |
obviously ur a donaghmore man tyrone the approach uve just taken is very negative donaghmore are crazy if u ask me,a lad that can play for tyrone under 21's but cant get a club game questions must be asked the_king5 (Tyrone) - Posts: 45 - 06/09/2009 17:25:40 417033 Link 0 |

Heard a wee whisper that Paddy Early is leaving the Fianna to return to his first club Brackaville. If this is true he will be a great addition for Brackaville . Big John Queen (Tyrone) - Posts: 49 - 08/09/2009 22:09:07 419896 Link 0 |
Hold on a minute, Donaghmore treat their players excellently as a club and this is proving the case with an senior team constantly in div 1 and players coming through in a small village team. If one player thinks he should start because he was in a tyrone u21 panel (of which 90% of his club colleagues cant understand) he is very much mistaken in my opinion. gottabetrue (Tyrone) - Posts: 300 - 09/09/2009 10:03:28 420196 Link 0 |
True speak "got a betroot" just because a player makes a county panel doesn't give him the right to walk onto club team. alfonso (Tyrone) - Posts: 19 - 09/09/2009 11:18:20 420290 Link 0 |
Cant understand how players within Tyrone could transfer to another club within Tyrone. What about loyalty? And the argument about travel is pure bull. Boys travel from Dublin and Belfast two and three times a week home to trainning...surely from one end of the county to the other isnt as big a task if you have your own clubs well-being at heart. maybe some of them just want to go to a better club? alfonso (Tyrone) - Posts: 19 - 09/09/2009 14:03:06 420510 Link 0 |
