Can someone explain to me what's the big achievement with Dromard winnning a minor 'C' championship?

Such rubbish, maybe if they were winning B or challenging A it could be considered an achievement but not a C!!

Who is in the A-Championship. Killoe are the main team, are Clongluish, Slashers, Mostrim ?? in the A
Ballymahon are a strong team for the B-Championship. The seem to be a physical outfit.
Dromard winning a C-Campionship is a supprise, they are struggling for numbers underage and I think that they are fielding in 9-A-Side at all levels.
Colmcille and Connollys have alminigated underage, which shows the low level of young boys around the county, playing GAA. Colmcille have a big national School, so I taught that they should be able to field strong underage teams.
In South Longford, there seems to be lots of clubs alminigating under age, is this due to low population or lack of work by the Minor clubs.
Will we end up in Longford having 8 Minor Clubs cover all the players and have a stronger A-Championship!

So how did the two teams who came up from the C get on in the B then? This is rubbish. In my opinion there should be just one minor championship with teams immalgimated to compete with one another, instead of some minor clubs being much stronger than others.

based on what black spot?? 2nd favourites northern gaels are out but Crawford was a big loss and they weren't firing on all cylinders. Ballymahin/Forgney are stiff opposition to anyone on their day and will fancy themselves to come out of the group now. Its all to play for.

Seems to be a quiet championship this year. Not much talk about it.

Drumlish seem to be quite strong this year. Good victory against N Gaels who i hear are out now. Looks like a Drumlish/Kiloe final could be on the cards.
