Have to say i am looking at the teams some posters are putting up and bar one or two new names it just seems to be the same players of the last number of years who have been found out to be not good enough. The current Dublin team needs major changes and any Dublin supporter who doesn't think so is fooling themselves i am sick and tired being beaten in Croke Park once we get out of Leinster. The time has come to start playing players in the positions they play for their clubs and stop trying to convert players into other positions. For example D Henry plays either midfield or half-forward for his club,Bastick a midfielder for his club,P Andrews plays mainly in the forwards for his club,Hubbard does not play corner back for Ballymun and so on and so on.It's time for the Dublin management to get to as many club games and not just the DSFC but games in the intermediate championship and find players for the positions that we are weak in and these would be fullback line,half-forward line and midfield.Magee and McConnell are not good enough either is Flynn or Connelly.Magee was subbed in every game and as the games went on this got earlier and earlier. If there are not big changes by the time the league starts in the new year Dublin will be in the same place we have been for the last number of years still looking for answer.Gilroy find the players they are out there and play them in there right positions

could only keep around 4 or 5 players for next year such as the brogens, cluxton, ger breenan the rest are not good enough they've failed too many times ,dublin have to rebuild for next year, they need a whole new defence ,2 good fowards and midfielders ,basically a new team , if the current team gets another shot they'll just blow it again, they had there chance and couldn't take it for at least the last 6 years

I reckon only the following players are real Top quality :- Whelan & Ryan, both of whom we could lose after this years demise... Cluxton, Barry Cahill, Alan Brogan ( ? ), Bernard Brogan & possibly David Henry if played in the right position... Keaney, Cullen, Griffin, & Quinn have already reached their best.. ( possibly Alan Brogan also ? ) And the rest are not up to the highest level required, unfortunately... Where do we go from here...????

Very surprised Ryan was not used more.
Would definitely affected the outcome of the game.

Madness not to use Shane Ryan. Looks like Gilroy will be in charge next year also, according to the Dublin Co Board today....
Expect Ryan wont put up with an other year of what he got this year. I reckon he might call it a day. Shambles...
He deserves a lot better.
Love to see him and Keaney revert back to the Hurling though.... Dotsy went back to it and he has done well this year.

Sorry to give ye the bad news but your a bit like ourselfs, going no where fast. If you look at it Leinster and Connaught football it is quite poor for the past 5 years or so... Both Dublin and Mayo seem to think they are world beaters once they win out their provence and then end up getting a heavy defeat to either Kerry or an Ulster county. you can pick a team of what you think is a better 15, or even shuffle about players within the panel and not/should be in the panel but realistically dublin have only about 5 maybe 6 guys that are good enough and can hold their own against the best...
