Think it'll be a great game. Both teams have great forwards and I know our defence ain't the best. I'm not too optimistic about this game but I think if we can be within a few points of Limerick with 10 minutes left we'll have a chance. Think Limerick will tire out towards the end of the game.

I can't understand why people seem to be writing Meath off whilst the Dubs are being built up to be potential Champions. When they met head to head the game went in waves. Meath would get a run on Dublin and score 4 or 5 in a row and then twould go the other way. With a legit 2 mins left and Meath on the up just having put a ball over the bar which would have reduced the deficit to one point, the ref blows early and the Dubs win. In subsequent games the Dubs show very impressive form. Above facts tell me that Meath are a dangerous team that on any given day could beat any opposition. I would tip them to beat both Limerick and Mayo and set up a repeat game against the Dubs (who I take to beat Kerry) in the All Ireland semi.

I was very impressed with Limerick against Cork, but maybe Cork are not all they're cooked up to be. Should also be a real battle, I think Meath will shade it though to set up an explosive rematch of the '96 All Ireland final with Mayo.
