1-1957 all ireland final.the smallest county in ireland beating the biggest county.
2-2003 all ireland final.peter the great canavan finally winning an all ireland medal.
3-2002 all ireland final.armagh win the holy grail for the first time.

1. Salthill winning the AI Club Champo on Paddy's Day, 2006.
2. Galway lifting Sam in first year of 'back-door' - 2001.
3. Kieran MacDonald kicking 'that point' in 2006 - against the Dubs into the Hill - in the greatest game of any sport that I have ever seen...

I'm only 21 so I'll only suggest moments I've actually seen.

1) Anthony Daly lifting the Liam McCarthy in 1995, ending 81 years of hurt. The single greatest moment in our Associations history, for me anyway.
2) DJ Carey's point into the Canal End in the '02 All Ireland Final. (Perhaps I'm biased seen as I was in the Canal that day but it was a crowning moment of a legend)
3) Brian Dooher's point into the Hill after a ludicrous solo run against Kerry last year. I was standing on the Hill and it was spine tingling stuff.

It's when you go to pick your favourite moments that you realise just how magical the GAA really is- there are too many to mention.

All moments I have witnessed
1. Brian Murphys goal in the last few miutes for Kildare v Meath in the LSFF 1998 years of tears flowed that evening (revenge for 2 below)
2. Jody Devine coming on for Meath in second period of extra time with Kildare 6 up and scoring 6 points on the trot to send Kil v Meath LSFS/F to a second replay (shell shook or what) talk about a battle of strength that day every single line ball was contested from throw in to the final whistle Meath beaten by Offaly in LSFF.
3. DJ Carey deftest of touches from about the 14 to a in swinger from under the Hogan Stand in the 2002 AISHF v Clare which ended up nestled in the corner of the net Kilkenny first goal on the day no one but DJ in his prime could do that kind of magic.

i have my own favourite moment!in u 14 north semi final last year against monegall!!we were 10 points down on the scoreboard and the ref just told me there was 9 minutes left!!we scored 3-1 in the last 9 mins brought the game to extra time and won it!!the game finished in the dark,,great memories

i am only 16 so these are what i have seen

1) Graham Geraghtys point vs the dubs in 2005 on the end line shooting into the canal end and gets it CLASS

2) Eoin Mulligans goal vs the dubs in the 1st match genius

3) Graham Geraghtys goal vs tyrone in 2007 missed the game cause i was on holidays but when i got the text through to say he scored me nd my family went mad the french pub did nt know what was happening!!
