Patrickswell are as good as gone down to junior A so, no way they'll beat Monaleen.

Was impressed with Glenroe and must surely be favorites to win this years championship.Don't think anyone will fancy meeting them in the semi-final.

Well it will be either Mungret or S. Liberties who they meet in Semi. No doubt the harder side of the draw. But if you want to win it you have to beat the best.

Hard luck to knockaderry yesterday, looks like the occasion got to them along with playing in the Gaelic Grounds. Lot of those players have never played there.

No doubt they will be back next year, stronger and wiser after this experience.

Liberties got their long overdue reality check v Mungret last Saturday. Where to from here for this team of chokers! A decent management would be a start!

Re centreback, well, well, how wrong you were,Caherline have some seriously good hurlers and will put it up to glenroe next week. The underdogs will hardly upset the mighty glenroe.......or will they? Happy Days.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Caherline/Newcastle semi in Ballyagran. The better hurling side went thru, surprised at the lack of Newcastle suppoters for such a large town, outnumbered bigtime by the east supporters.

Ah well cant get them all right. My prediction a few weeks ago was partly based on how poorly Caherline were reportly going in training and also their last defeat to Bruff. Obviously the reports were misguided or else Caherline have turned things around in the last couple of weeks.

Good win for Caherline against a below par NCW side. Taking nothing away from Caherline but they will struggle against Glenrou next sat. NCW missing a few regulars and the lack of training was clearly visible. Hard to keep both codes going and be competitive in both. Ballylanders/glenrou are the only club currently doing it.

Mungret - Glenrou final

Mungret surprise winners.

Mungret vs Bruff
Glenroe vs Caherline

Would have to tip glenroe at this stage...but excitin to see some new teams in the shake up has been a great inter championship this year and hope the semis live up to the games to date. Bruff vs mungret so hard to call but puttin neck on the line i tink bruff justt about. Either way a great 2 games instore and wat a final as well.

While caherline are more than deserving of their place in the county final the behaviour of some of their supporters against glenroe last weekend was appalling and i'm not from glenroe, thought for a while i was in moyross the carryon of some of the younger caherline supporters|!

re hurler 32, what a pathetic post! Obviously your more familiar with moyross than most on this site, that aside,in a crowd of 2000 odd i find it a bit rich that you come on with no comment about the game, players, upcoming final, the marvellous support i witnessed from both set of supporters but come on about some youngsters who offended your timid self. For the record , your talking bull.

These supporters were the same against NCW, roaring and shouting when the NCW players were taking frees ect..... Not good enough and not wanted at championship matched.... only place for this is when bringing in the cattle for afternoon milking (sure some of the caherline lads are used to this and might have got confused where they are) Manners can't teach some people
