Stay on Micko.

The Whole Point is that there has been no development outside the Senior Team. Micko has installed "Passion & Belief" - but outside of that, nothing else. When he evantually moves on, We'll be back to square one - a "vacuum and no development!"

What nonsence wicklowrunner.
Wick, don't come and back stupid statements without substantiating it!
What's nonsense? -That Wicklow has no Development Plan, No U21 Football, Promotes Junior Z, and fails to deal with Club Indiscipline!

Wheather we like it or not Wicklow made great progress this year, at least in the Championship subs or no subs, and in my view they could have beaten Kildare in Portlaois. Last year Wicklow beat Kildare in the Championship by 4 points and it didn't go down very well with Kildare supporters ie a Div.4 team beating the might of Kildare how dare they, this year Kildare with a supposingly much better team and after reaching the Leinster final beat Wicklow by 4 points in the last couple of minutes of the game, so nothing has changed, however if Kildare beat Tyrone to morrow they are then into the Semi- Finals, and would be hotly fancied to go all the way and win it out, now where does that leave Wicklow especially after achieving so much albeit with the same 15 players keeping that in mind Wicklow are still deep rooted in Div.4 a notch above us, so may be Micko's theory about the league is true, it's not that important it's all about the Championship.
The bottom line for me is if Wicklow can achieve all that with 15 players, we should be able to do some thing similar with say,-----18 or maybe 20 players and of course Luke Dempsey.

isn't it great to be able to support a team full of real character and guts and real leaders like Glynn,Hyland,Furlong,Dalton ect who would die for the Jersey and to have a real Manager like Micko who knows how to get the best out of his players,we might lose but we will never lie down and roll over like our City neighbours up the road.

Will Hyland and Glynn get Allstar nominations this year you can bet there will be some players who are not half as good who will

It would be a disgrace if Hyland and Glynn don't get a nomination. I'm pretty sure they will, wicklow had a very good run and it will have to be recognised. Hyland kept quiet any man he marked, not many backs in this country would be capable of doing that.

Development Squads have been going for years with NO DEVELOPMENT.
This Year's Juvenile League Structure was a Joke - until the Clubs re-vamped It.
How Many Clubs completed in the Wicklow Feile this year? Please Answer.
I also await your other great examples!

There isn't a cat in hells chance of Dublin even thinking about approaching him. Anyway he wouldn't take it because no other job has the same "attractions".

Latest news is Micko is going to Carlow and wants to take Walsh back with him and will take Glynn also. Sounds like good news for Carlow.

Haven't tasted any humble pie at all Sam. Why would I? In my view any success achieved has been despite Micko, not because of him.

All credit to the players but how much more might have been achieved if the league was taken more seriously and if he used subs when everyone, bar Micko, knew they were needed because they would have improved things. Every team in the country uses 20 players a game these days. He lost us the game against Kildare in my view. Over half the panel are disgruntled by his inaction on the subs issue and the chickens will come home to roost next year, if he stays on, when he tries to assemble a panel. The parachuting in of Tom Walsh at the 11th hour this year will add to the sour taste in the mouths of those who soldiered through the winter and got very little if any game time throughout the 8/9 months they put into it. Will they go back for more of the same when it seems Micko has clearly decided they are not good enough but wants them for his 15 a side "match" every Sunday.

At this stage I just hope he goes but I wish he wouldn't wait until October before honouring us with a decision. We deserve better than that. If not staying on we need a new manager and quickly now that the championship has started.

Mustard give it up about Micko if we dont have Micko do you think French and Mulryne will stay around and re subs not being used no disrespect to them but if i,m not mistaken they all played on the County Junior team who were lucky to scrape over the mighty Kilkenny side by a last minute point from a free in Aughrim and then were hammered by Longfords second string and looking at some of them playing at the weekend i didnt see anyone among them that you could say would have made a difference.

I seen just 1 selector at all the matches this weekend.. You would be thinking that if Micko was going to stay he would be well represented at matches and seeing the talent that is out there?
