I'm from a place called Loughduff in Mullahoran in Cavan. Thats it really, just put lad on the end of it so it didn't look stupid and it rolls of the tounge easily.

At national school we did a play and i was the character Fred. Nickname kind of stuck a little after that. One of my mates was a Man Utd fan so he just put the THE RED part after my name as it is the name of the Man Utd mascot.

Liked the gangster film Goodfellas so chose Goodfella. Was suppossed to be Tir Eoghain at the end of it but they cut the Eoghain off and left me with the rather strange sounding, 'Goodfella, Tir'
