No lads - Ill try to clarify. Its not a Saints name or Na Fianna or Wolfe Tones - its a place name. Like say Blackrock GAA club in Cork and Dublin - except there isn't one in Dublin cos its D4. Ok?

there is a milltown club in kildare galway and westmeath and a milltown/castlemaine in kerry

also there is a milford in donegal, cork, carlow and limerick

Lads where is the Ballina in Clare....i'm 99% sure your counting the Ballina in Tipp twice as it is on the Tipp-Clare border

No Tiobraid - its not a saints name, its a place name. I'd say you could have a St Kevins, St Pats, etc in nearly every county.
