Is there on ly one Ard Ri? I'd say Cork certainly must have enough All Stars for this and possibly Offaly too?

The guy posting as Ard Ri is not the Real Árd Rí. He is a smartalic who managed to register before me and steal my handle. The answer is Offally at least it was up until a few years ago. Don't think Cork got that many since.

Two players won All Stars and played senior international soccer. One is obvious but who is the other.
