i know well there are probly a few decent footballers outside the co team but in fairness if they were any good they would be on the co team and thats it..
The Galway team is good enough and if there were players out there that were up to being on it,they'd be on it,or maybe its just there own choice not to join the panel for whatever reason.
A thread like this is pointless in my opinion.

Frankie burke is a good footballer, shows wel for the ball, but not up to county standard as desnt have the killer instict in my opinion. Are Headford junior A or interm?

-Seamie Crowe was involved with the county panel for a while a couple of years back. Peter Forde brought him in and he played in a couple of league games, did ok too from what I recall. But there are players who consistently impress at club level (Crowe being one of them) who just don't quite make the cut at county level for one reason or another.

Please dont tell me a "best non county player" thread can be turned into a Headford thread,I simply said Tom Lee as he is an exceptional player and would be a main figure on a lot of senior teams in Galway.
