naomh conaill to beat naomh mhuire in the southern final, they beat them in league this year already without dermot molloy (who i believe is their best player). naomh mhuire are a strong team this year, and will also be very strong next year but i think Glenties will win southern.

I would not like to see n.m. win it. No need to worry cause they're not going to. Now I don't want all the n.m. boys coming on here slagging me, coz all i'm doing is telling you's the truth. There's not a snowball's chance in hell that they'll win it, end of.

Naomh Conaill Minors were very impressive against Naomh Mhuire. I had criticised their club for the messing in the lead up to the game but credit where credit is due..they have several outstanding players but overall a very good team who all mucked in. Naomh Mhuire never really got going and when they did enjoy possesion they kicked too many wides...it was one of those nights. Both sides deserve credit for putting on a great display of football but on the night Naomh Conaill were worthy champions and it will be hard to see past them for this County title. Well done .

Although it looks likely that if they get through their semi...they would be playing St Eunans....Naomh Mhuire wounded by this performance...may spring a surprise against Eunas and that would set up a repeat of last Saturdays Southern final.

Theres a bit of football to be played yet...but Glenties look strong.
