Not that long ago Ciaran Whelan was getting a pasting about a similar type incident (assimilation) with Kavanagh during the opening round of the League in Croker. When things turn full circle and Kavanagh is the culprit there's little commented about it.

There has to be assimilation for it to be appropriate. Watch the incident.
