Dublin V Meath isn't everything it is cracked up to be

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

no match is more important than next, its all about your county.Dublin Meath may keep RTE happy but really it just another match with no more importance than Cavan v Fermanagh or Cork vs Kerry.

By way Dublin will win by at least five points.

Doin me best to stay awake, match sticks at the eyelids red bull etc, but struggling! Was awoken by moans and graons (think it was the Dubs fans) after two fluffed goal chances in the first 6 minutes. The wides and lack of passion are helping me though to get some Zs!!

meath had a good run 4 a few mins, made dublin look the dirt they are ,,dublin will prob go on to hammer them and make themselves look better than they are,we will hear the usual noises about winning sam from the dub fans but the fact is they arent a good side, winning leinster isnt a great feat any more, with dublins population they should b winning all irelands year in year out.i think they dont have what it takes, too much hype,no substance.

Well RLF, you are our least favourite poster but you got that spot on. How many wides, how much bad play did we see today?

A comedy of errors. Thank God that one is over. Did nothing for Leinster's rep.

Thanks for the qualified compliment debs but I don't post to court popularity. I post what i feel is the truth. It was an awful game to watch. The secodn half was an utter joke. here's hoping Leinster does itself better from here. Spillane was fuming afterwards in a temper that he usually reserves for Ulster.

I said it before and I'll say it again teams like Wexford and Kildare are the new Lenister.

It certainly ain't. Maybe it was just the post Cork match depression but the higlights were nothing to look at so I can only imagine what the real thing was like.

Give it a rest sprocket. At least we didn't see any of the girlie stuff that went on between yourselves and Derry.

I would like to now officially post the last post on this thread as my point was well and truely proven.

Poor game yesterday alright with very little intensity. It was like an early league game at times. Even the supporters were quiet.
