very close championship! maynooth naas athy moorefield all have chances of winning.
my money would be on maynooth though as league champions and have been beaten in finals and semi finals over the years and this could be their year. have very strong squad and are very focused

i thought athy gifted maynooth de win by giving them a 9 point headstart, i thought athy were the better team throughout and if reynolds had of scored his last three free's athy would have won, and if it wasnt for the maynooth player cynically bringing down mulhall when a goal looked a certainty it could have been a clear victory for athy but credit maynooth for hanging on.. both teams still aren't guarenteed to go thru tho

Johhnylips - there are an awful amount of "if's" there. You were on about them not being able for the pressure but they showed against you and us that they are. It was a kick of a ball between us and them. We have shown all the form and class so far in this championship with wins over two of the top clubs in the competition. Who have athy beaten? Leixlip should have beaten you by all accounts but there is another "if". Athys arrogance is what will beat them in the end.
