Athy to beat Maynooth by only 2 or 3 points. Will be a tough match for both and by far the most interesting draw of the round. I can see Naas beating clane by 6 or 7 points. Larries must play better than they did against Athy to beat a Balyna team who have something to prove after performing below par all year, id say larries by 3. As for Moorefield and Celbridge id say Moorfield might be too strong but dont think they will go past the semis. A very open championship but in my opinion Athy will come out on top.

Celbridge have the quality to really put it up to the so called "favourites"..i personally feel maynooth will fold under the pressure and if celbridge dont win it i'd expect naas to!

Will be some match alright..think maynooth to just shade it and be unstopable there after..would love to see maynooth naas final as they are 2 best teams in it

No he didnt..I saw on the nationalist today how it said that Clane and Naas is the pic of the draws, can any1 enlighten me on de reasoning behind that and how he came to this conclusion?Even from the evidence of this thread as there has been little or no talk of that match atol....

ye saw that aswell absolute joke! clane hav been average this year so to put them in the game of the round is a farce! the fella writing it must be from either naas or clane thats the only explanation i hav for it!

ye only agree beacuse ye are so biased..they are ranked no 1 and 2 annd 2 and both are unbeaten so it is th tie of the last 8,shortly followed by athy and maynooth.

Here there's one reason it's the tie of the round- clane and naas are the only two teams unbeaten! Believe me when I say the winner of the championship this year will come from either of these two.
Why there hasn't been much talk? Well this thread has been taken over by Maynooth and Athy people. Clane an average side? 2 years ago that was true, now however things have changed. Still unbeaten after 3 tough draws, our panel is only coming together properly now with people returning from county and injury, so to ye people from Maynooth and Athy, say what you want, but when it comes down to action on the pitch this year, ye'll talk a better game than you'll play....
