i believe macken is'nt a bad keeper but there is far better keepers in mayo like alvin mccallig (claremorris), emmet peyton (swinford) and niall canavan (knockmore). i might be wrong but i dont think macken was selected as a goalkeeper in the mayo minor panel during his last year playing at that level in 2007. He has'nt improved that much?

Kicked straight at him???? It looked like that because his positioning was spot on and he had his angles covered really well. Give the lad credit where credit is due. Got us to an all ireland minor final. Hennelly is top class aswell. I reckon hennelly is a bit ahead of schlingermann but he is a year or two older and is also playing senior club football as opposed to junior.

agree with YaWell, he's very good under high ball, unreal hands, was emense at midfield for kiltimagh minors this year with his ball fielding, and stephenite, come back when you actually have an opinion not just jumpin on someone elses comment, it would appear you dont have a clue
