Loyal i agree with you about the success of Aidan O'Brien but i dont really think horse racing qualifies as a 'team' sport. The Irish boxing team also enjoyed huge international success this year but again i dont think they qualify as a 'team'. While they both have team elements I would consider both of these individual persuits

The Revolution;

No problem with a Connacht man cheering on Connacht at all. Best of luck with the rest of the league! ;)

In all my years of watching sport, I don't think I have ever got as excited as last night whilst I was watching the PDC Darts.

Raymond Van Barnevald's 9-darter = Treble 20, Treble 20, Treble 20, Treble 20, Treble 20, Treble 20, Treble 20, Treble 19, Double 12.

It was simply amazing, did anybody else see it? What did you do after the last dart hit the double?

I remember watching it when John Lowe did it back in the 80's. Pretty amazing all right.

Yeah RMD, I wouldn't be able to tell you much about John Lowe but the 9-darters are something else. Wouldn't surprise if one of them do it tonight again. Hopefully, its a brilliant match anyway.

Yeah Royal, I saw it too. What an achievement, harder i believe than a 147 in snooker. What a match we have in store tonight with the best two players ever in the final. I slightly fancy Barney but am probably wrong again !!

Fair play to Connaught and Ulster. Deserved wins over Munster. Ulster's really impressive they've finally got things together. Already the gloom mongers are gathering for munster but in fairnes this is a bit of a blip all teams have them Still confident the the loss of form and confidence will be sorted by the Sale game when as close to a full team as possible will be playing.

Hag it was a joke, couldnt care less about it. Hopefully though if nothing else it will bring the Munster fans back down to earth a bit.

Memories Liam? I have many, but then again, too many to mention!

Let's hope ye Bluenoses don't sign a prolific striker like Wagner Love or else ye could finish our season in both those games!
