Is it just me, or does everyone love saying the name: Usain Bolt!

Its a great name!

Say it!.........."Usain Bolt"

Again..........."Usain Bolt"

Faster this time......."Usain Bolt"

And once more at regular speed......."Usain Bolt"

Fascinating insight there snuffy. "Cursed with a brain" indeed.

What a pity. My message saying Nortern Alliance would win was never put up, looks like the posters of HS missed out on a what was apparantly a certain winner.

Have to say Ryder cup was pretty poor this time. Think the fact Flado was captain took anyway from mine and many others support for the Europeans.

A lot of people are trying to justify Faldo's choice. He was a poor captain was hardly see around the course on the final day. Azanger was in every other shot on Sky. Faldo didn't maintain the team ethics that the proevious captains seemed to have.

Europe was missing a big character like Clarke has been in the past

Have to admit i got poulter wrong played excellently probably europe best player over the 3 day. Well done mcdowell played some great stuff unfortunatly didn't happen for padraig at all.

Not playing westwood in the fourballs blisters or not, and also should have put the big guns (players that were playing well) at the top of the order on sunday to try and get early points on the board maybe should have lead with poulter and Mcdowell. Also he seems to take a lot of the lime light should have really stead in the background a bit more.

Serious stuff from Nicolas Roche. 13th place overall in the Vuelta, has to be a great prospect for the Tour De France next year.

well loyal, what do you think of mr obrien, murtagh and o'donoghue. Together they have made horse racing a team sport. Only messing, they only did what all trainers have been doing for years. In saying that two wrongs do not make a right. Its a bit sickening to be honest, how about trainers are only allowed one horse in any race. Then you would have big trainers offering back handers to others whose horses dont really have much of a chance. Very corrupt sport, was going to go to dundalk tonight, think ill give it a miss now. No wee saturday bet either. What am i going to do with myself tomorrow?

Anybody interested in the AFL Grand Final? It's on tomorrow on Setanta sports 2 at around 4am Geelong vs. Western Bulldogs. I've kept an eye on the season and I'll probably watch the final... I've learned a lot about the game this year and found it entertaining enough. Pity there's no Irish interest in the final...

sort of lost interest after sydney swans and collingwood were put out. Should be a great game though by far the two best teams in the AFL this year from what i seen of it. Who do you fancy for it?

It's Geelong for the two in a row - put your house on it!

I developed a liking for Collingwood myself - they remind me of Dublin - biggest support, disliked by everyone else and haven't won anything in years!

I'll be watching the IR series with more interest this year because I'll be familiar with a lot of their players
