18149 Anyone heading out on Wednesday night to cheer on the 'Gers in the UEFA Cup Final? :-)

I don't think i'll heading out to watch it as i'll be out for the Carlisle V Leeds match on the Thursday but i'd be hoping the Gers win. It would be good for Scottish Football would it not ?

Not being funny here but seeing as there is a best corner back thread running re GAA I have to say that Evra for Utd has been unsung and totally outstanding this season. O'Shea or Evra - no brainer!

Tommy has more or less always been part of the Celtic coaching staff for the guts of 15 years now, either as first team coach, manager, or assistant manager. He also spent time as Scotlands first team coach alongside Walter Smith

Snuff, I share your sentiments on the Seanad. Would love to see it revamped so that there were experts appointed from various sectors of society who could scrutinise legislation with a fine tooth comb. From Business, Sport, legal, medical and other professions, religious, youth etc to give considered opinions and amendments to legislation. The current lot our party apparatchiks who are rewarded for loyalty not ability
