Why's that slayer? I must admit I thought he was a cocky fella a couple of years ago, but he has improved an awful lot since his one defeat, and is now a much better boxer. He also seems alot more grounded and a genuine nice fella who has worked incredibly hard to get to where he is now. He's done his country proud.

MMM - its cos Bernard's a Dub and Slasher and about 3 or 4 others on here hate all things Dublin. He probably can't stand BOD or Luke Fitzgerald either. I think its called an inferiority complex.

Duffy 89.

Not only will he make the Lions he will be 1st choice out half. Mc Geechan and Edwards 2 team in charge of Wasps also Lions coaches. There is a possibility that there will be more Wasps players than Munster players on this Lions tour which would be an absolute joke.

Gerry Armstrong (Antrim) Martin O'Neill (Derry) and I imagine someone from ROI managed this feat.

Dublinmeath, What are you on about ? Please explain yourself !! When have i been anti Dub. I even have relations there. When you make a statement like you did, you have to be able to back it up !!

Nothing between scrum-halves, Blair more disciplined but could do with Phillips size against SA back row.

Pack needs to be huge and in particular the back-row, which will surely be any 3 from the irish back row + Martyn Williams

Denzel is right. Don't be surprised to see Cipriani, Worsley, Lewsey or other Wasps players along with those I've selected in my team.

May I take this opportunity to congratulate Bernard Dunne. It was the best fight I have seen for a long time and the courage Bernard showed when it seemed he may be in trouble was unbelievable. We cheered like never before in the pub and may I say it involved many nationalities,Dubs,Kerry,Mayo and Cork plus some aliens from other counties . We are proud of you Bernard, a true Irish hero and best of luck in all your future battles for youself and Ireland.Any news of a civic reception for him?

Well said RKF,

Where is the Galway lad now who came on here slagging him off when he lost his European title? Said he was delighted that the cocky Dub lost his title and got what he deserved! He was a brave man to go to Croker after it! He had guts through the good times and the bad!

Typical galway man. Boxing is about being cocky and arrogant and sure of yourself!

Where is that lad now eh? What does he think now? Hey Galway lad, when it comes to the boxing....leave it to the Dubs!!

Dunne lost his European title, but now he is "CHAMPION OF THE WORLD"!!!......In the words of my favourite song of all time by the Waterboys: "That was the river!.....This is the SEA!"

It is now clear that the greater media now read the posts of Snufalufagus!

Check the earlier posts on this thread from a long time ago and you will see my calls for the Seanad to be disbanded. They do nothing and get paid hugely for it! Jobs for the Dail failures!

Snuffy Solution: Twice a month a group of 10 High and Supreme Court judges meet to test/examine new legislation/bills etc etc!!

There was a journalist discussing my exact post on 'The Late Late Show' on Friday night!

Didnt know I carried such influence!!.......My 'PR' people do more than just send autographed copies of my photo to my stalker, Breffni39 obviously!!
