as u can see i am from co.down i have only just kept an interest in antrim but do not follow the antrim teams, i follow the 3 ards teams and bredagh to see how they are doing, last year i followed ballela and wanted all these teams to do well as i want down hurling to improve

as a supporter or a player i you would want the same

as i said before some of them players have attitude in abundance, it oozes from themselves

if u want to win a major game you dont go out the nite before and get hammered unless you just want to **** about
you let your team down and manager

whats all the craic about carryduff anyway? they won the championship by winning one game and Clonduff were in intermediate....Ballyvarley had a poor season and C/wellan are always up and down team, however Castlewellan and Clonduff are much better hurling teams when they play with full squads. C/wellan finished highest non ards in the league which shows over a season (not just one championship game) they are a batter team.....and Clonduff were riddled with injuries to their stringest players and still but a good fight up to the intermediate championship winners liatroim in the q/final. The liatroim men said after their final that Clonduff were their hardest game so I dunno why Carryduff reckon they are 'sum team'. league position suggests otherwise as will intermediate championship next season. I tip C/wellan to do big things next year though I would like to see them take their chance to go up to intermediate league and gain stength against strong opposition, may not win much but they will improve
