the seniors will play them games because they might hav an outside chance to get promoted and i repeat "an outside chance"

No mate its cuz were just reli reli scared of youse
As for league games, we played ballyvarley last week but dunno when we play bredagh or galget
We need to win last 2 and castlewellan need to lose both their remaining two who are against bredagh so should be handy for them
Dont think clonduff are a bother cuz they never want to improve and even if they do finish top nonards then i have no doubt they will request to stay in division 2

Clonduff are going to div 1 next year: Thats a fact, I was talking a few of their players the night of their Ulster League defeat and they said they are going Div 1 in Down and to Div 4 in Ulster League so that they can improve their hurling by playing better standard. about time i say! They have a very young squad mainly all around 22 bar one or experienced men but they seem to reckon they'll suprise a few if they get the right training. Will be funny to see who out of shamrocks or Bredagh will be going down; Div 1 will still be played amoungst ards and Liatrom no doubt; Warrenpoint mite get a shock next year when Liatroim men are saying Clonduff were a harder opponent just unfit so the fontenoys could pull away at the end. Carryduff are constantly improving; good to see these clubs making a push to hurling oustside the ards....still a massive Gap but has to start somewhere

Dont shoot the messenger gerryc, but if your gerry their manager then maybe its them you should talk to as they seem dead set on progressing to role with the bigger boys and try their hand on new levels

There's still all to play for in Div 2 if the top Non Ards team can be promoted. Clonduff, Castlewellan or Carryduff could all do it but they have to arranhe to get the games played.

how would bredagh go down when the only team that plays in down is the 2nds, and they play in div 2

Bgael - I think they meant Ballela/Shamrocks are the ones who could go down.

I hope Div 2 is completed and whoever from the non ards finishes highest deserves their chance in Div 1.

To the Carryduff posters, please keep your feet on the ground and be humble. Enjoy the Junior title, but respect the efforts of the other clubs at our level because things can change very quickly.
