Liatroim won intermediate replay by 4 points. Good tight game but Liatroims two goals gave them breathing space, and obviously enough for the win.

So Liatroim v Kilclief in the IHC final. A good traditional final!!

I'd have to go with Liatoim.

Were any Joe McCrickard games played on Sunday?

If Portaferry come to Carryduff it will be a wasted journey. I have to admit I heard through players from Carryduff last week that the Betsey Grey game was never going to be played.
Carryduff are focusing on bigger goals.

The truth is Carryduff know there not true Junior champions because they never beat an Ards clubs to win it there probably feared of getting stuffed

wise up Ceathru you will be competing against other Ulster Junior teams who had to beat the best teams in their county not a B junior championship like yous won

I right Jeremiah - just you concentrate on winning the 3 team SHC (Bredagh not ready for it yet) in order to get your ritual tanking in Casement. I think Carryduff will prove yu wrong in Ulster JHC.

Ulster JHC is always very hard to predict. Carryduff stand a good chance but it would be hard to see past either Setanta or Burt from Donegal or whoever wins Antrim. Tyrone champs will be tough too. Dont know about any of the other counties.

ceathru the Donegal champs will be their senior champs. Both Burt and Setanta will be very good if they decide to take this competition seriously. Most of these guys will have played Lory Meagher etc

you won a championship thats gerrymandered for you to win , one of the ards 3rds shouldve been playing in that , because simply , at full strength , we would tank you off the field , feared and full of excuses , play the damn championship and stop hiding under the premise that " looking forward to bigger and better things".

You wouldnt win the junior champ if the ards played the 3rd string at full strength and you damn well know it.

i can rember BALLELA with a great young team a years ago they beat the ards 3 teams to win the c/ship and they went on to the ulster simi final to be beat by burt think there was 4/5pts in it.
i have seen carryduff play this year and from wat i can rember ballela were a much better team, so i dont give them much chance in ulster!!! i hope they prove me wrong, but good luck to them.

you also mind that ballela are in a position where they will struggle for numbers , theyre not half bad for the size of the club , its 2 changing rooms and a pitch in the middle of nowhere.

However back to the point , they havent proved theyre good enough for it. A down championship should mean all of down, its a merely a cover up for the failings of the county board to promote the game.

They want a non ards team competing in it , they dont want a bcran/galgets/ports to win it.
