from sligo i would look at two players to watch, ewing and costello, ewing is a back with pace and strength, while costello ( a mayo man) is not unlike mcdonald, class act and some man to pick out a pass,

Oshea from Mayo is a serious footballer and so to is tom parsons ( a sligo man) both should have a big impact this year....

Cathal Freeman i think you are talking about, serious footballer and hurler. He is on the u-21 squad at the minute but injured

I'd say that's Shane Nally. He opted-out of the county U-21 panel this year to concentrate on helping St Colman's to the Connacht Colleges A title.
They lost to Edenderry in the All-Ireland semi-final. A great player, will surely be on U-21 panel next year and wouldn't be surprised to see him step up to senior in a couple of years time.

I think the Mayo Minor wing back from last year that you're talking about is Shane Nally, he was captain. Freeman was wing forward for the Semi's and Final (including replays)

If Conor McManus from Monaghan could get back into the from he was in at the start of the league he could really make a big impact.

If I was to pick one from each province I would go for

McComiskey (Down)-Every time I see him I'm very impressed by him. A natural forward who picks off points.

David Moran (Kerry)-Seems to have it all...if he doesn't to Oz will play midfield for Kerry for years to come

Aidan O'Shea (Mayo)-Probably a little bit premature but due to his size I reckon he could adjust to senior this summer

Donie Kingston (Laois)-Similar to David Moran...will play in the middle of the park for Laois for years to come.
