I thought it was about time i put on record my love for derry.a beautiful county that gave us nadine coyle,fergal sharkey,niamh,the bradleys,a great accent,great halloween partys,martin mcguinnes,and so much more,if i wasnt lucky enough to have been born in the rotunda hospital in the heart of dublin my next choice would have been foyleside.and every year me nerves do be gone with the worry of what i would do if the dubs had to play the mighty derry in the championship.the spirit of the derry people is amazing considering the neighbours they were lumped with.whether its having to listen to some whinger from donegal or a tyrone man cacking out of him about how tyrone invented gaelic football,yet derry people still find a smile,amazing.and they where cheated out of it when the dubs knocked them out of the champo a couple of year ago,shocking stuff from the ref.anyway i just thought it was about time i put it on record my love for derry.oh and before i go i would like to wish them the very best against donegal on sunday,they deserve to finish the leauge on high.
