Is Jimmy08, really Jimmy the bull??! It happens in most clubs where there are always a number of club officials standing on or very close to the pitch. Indeed I believe it was very mature of the St.Pats players to stay out of it. Sure it adds to the story of the match! What was the Donagh team anyway?

jimmy ur teemore side arent dat far from kinawley and therein lies the same problem. unlike donagh both the kinawley team and supportersc r always in rows no matter who thy playing, no manners cums 2 mind.

Coa taking about manners?? are you having a laugh?? tell ya what, get a proper field, learn how to play football and then come back 2 me.

and there was more than officals outside the dressing rooms, shouldnt be allowed! would stop these sort of incidents.
st.pats had a strong line out, minus eamon maguire.

I was a neutral at the game on sunday between teemore and st. pats in donagh and have to say the referee had a poor game, if he had stamped his authority earlier he could have helped control the game. One or 2 teemore players should have been sent off and maybe one st. pats player.

With around a minute to go a ball broke near to the changing rooms and 3 or 4 players scrambled to claim posession and a row broke out right in front of where i was, this was allowed to happen without the referee even attempting to intervene. Play continued with 5 or 6 players scrapping in the corner. I seen a member of the 'sideline gang' getting involved with one of the teemore players and striking him! The game was blown up seconds later and some players were livid that a supporter had got involved with a player. There was between 15 and 20 people standing between the pitch and the changing rooms and when teemore players tried to get in there was an inevitable scuffle. Another thing i saw was a woman in the middle of this screaming in the faces of teemore players provoking them.

The St.pats team went to the far end of the pitch to warm down when this was going go and fair play to them as it prevented a further incident.

I firmly believe the 15-20 people standing around the changing rooms were the cause of this incident and especially the donagh supporter who came on to the field to strike a teemore player. The teemore players shouldnt have reacted but i understand why they were angered. There should be some repercussions for the St.Pats club however as these people should never have been there, and a lifetime ban for the person (which i have left un-named) who struck the teemore player

Irvinstown im from 1 of the clubs that u are immensely jealous of... thats all u need to know.

Ur right, my predictions were off the mark, but then there were a few 'shocks' in division 1.

i challenge u to a prediction challenge this year and i will have the upper hand because every week u will say that derrygonnelly, belcoo, kinawley and erne gaels will lose, but they all will will win over 50% of their games

jimmy the bull wats ur prob wif Coa? r we not allowed 2 state our opinion anymore? as 4 ur reference 2 our field at least we go out and raise money 2 improve it and r not spoon fed wif having a businessman 2 bail us out. u mention dat we shuld learn how 2 play footie well in case u did not notice we r now playing senior footie. as 4 ur behavour at Donagh it was a disgrace i hear and ur players shuld play footie insted of arguing wif the spectators. as my granddad says u can take the man out of the mountain but u cant always take the mountsain out of the man! now 32 answer skea lad. just cause u were well rumbled in the 1st half by coa doesnt giv u the rite 2 question who our players r or try 2 put out wrong stories bout dem. and wens i'm on dat point why dont u send ur lineman 2 specsavers as his decisions were onesided. i dont wan 2 here any more slagging off of our club. i'm tired of it. u all must accept we r now senior footballers and here 2 say wether u likes it or not.

The situation with Teemore is that they are peddling backwards for the last two years or so and cannot see where they are going and will soon drop off into div 2.

cillnaile u say teemore are going backwards for two years? Yet we win the junior championship last year for the first time in over 50 years? do your research before you calim to know anything about football. and when are kinawely guna start going forward? stuck in the lower leagues for years.
I had no problem with coa untill you come on here talking about manners when it clear your players have known. You never know what sort of state you will be leaving coa in after a match. You talk about a business man spoon feeding us? we do the same amount of fundraising as any other club. And you wernt at the donagh game so dont comment on it. Teemore men were not at fault, if a spectator comes on and hits one of their players during the match you can understand why they reacted. even though they should not have got the chance becasue the spectators should not be anywhere near the players leaving the pitch. end of.

Hi bull eveyone knows that Teemore are useless when they are minus Barry Owens. Don't be taking it out on Kinawley for your own club's backward slide.

Teemore are useless without barry owens??? keep your childish remarks for the class room son.

if kinawely had any one even near the ability of barry owens they would struggle without him too. But of course you lot spend too much time in the pub to produce a barry owens.

Why has Teemore got a certain clothing item in a twist? Surely this is not the first or even the last disturbance that will be at GAA games. My thinking is that Teemore couldn't stomach being beaten and wanted to rise a row anyway. Why could their players not walked away and keep their gobs shut?
Delighted to see the Gaels off toa great start. I believe this will be Enniskillen season both in the league and championships. Well done lads.

Bull don't make me laugh about players and the pub.
Is it not true that the pubs in Ballyconnell would be dead only for the support of the Teemore club?
Another poiint how come that your relationship with Coa has finished so quickly as it was only last season your club was were involved in boosting Coa points (known as the points swindling saga) by conceding junior games in order to get them promoted?
Funny how the tidy has turned so soon?

About the last posting...I was away from my desk for a coffee and unfortunately logged in so my smart*** townie friend it would be funny to send the latter post. Anyway the reason why I was logged on was to say that it is getting bad when Coa posties are opening threads on here under various names the last being this morning, which has been cleverly highlighted by Ekn_Teacher. These Coa postings were highlighted too when I was at the Fermanagh match in Portloaise recently. Some behind me were laughing about our county and GB knows this too. They were joking about reading on Hoganstand about Coa who they referred to as the 'Benny Hill' club. This was embarrassing to liking our county to Coa and therefore it's time to put an end to their postings. What do other think?

In fairness to the teemore players they were trying to get into their changingrooms when they were blocked by the 15-20 people who were standing in their way, and one of their players had been struck by a donagh supporter moments before the final whistle so any player with a relationship with his teammates would be angry about this!! Also i have never known any teemore team to be anything other than gracious in defeat as well as triumph, so to say they were bitter for losing is a way off the mark!!

I have to laugh at kinawley lads slagging teemore (although it could be someone with a misleading username). Teemore have been coping in division 1 without barry owens and ciaran o'reilly while their kinawley neighbours are still battling with derrylin, irvinestown and the rest for a mid table spot in division 2!!

Manach taking part in GAA games is as important if not more important than silverware any day. At Kinawley we are proud to have a good underage structure unlike the hillbillies and we have great pitches too all paid for by hard fundraising with no handouts!

This must be the funniest message board on the hoganstand.com.
It always gives me a laugh and your club nicknames such as the Benny Hill club, the humpty dumpties, the cowboys, the clockers, the potters, the pubbers, the hillbillies and so on are a great feature too. Sometimes we get to serious about our football and your site seems to have a good mix of Gaa discussion as well as humour. Keep it going!
