u could be right ricky but i,m just hearing this from a lad from my own club who was on the panel last year and said he would ave made the team easily looking at him for the counsel this year he had brilliant games in leinster and all ireland semi and for adamstown last year any game i seen them but i heard it was the hurling panel and on a bus to a game but not a 100 % but he is definatly one for the future. but seen as that he,s from the ross districtor senior or intermediate club prob wont get a look in same as mark molloy he,s forgoitten bout now

Andrew Kenny is certainly one for the future. Look out for him on the county minor team in the next 2 to 3 years. He's not even 15 yet.

bill98 County: USA Posts: 10 247998 in minor anyway d annes hav liam og mcgovern hu is excellent also gorey hav two excellent lads in simon doran and dara mcdonald Bill98, I've see Liam McGovern play twice and thought he's an excellent player, he's still on the county minors, but I believe he's broken his thumb a couple of weeks ago, and may miss the minor championship because of it. Really impressive, energetic and fast player, with a load of tricks in the locker. But his point taking needs to improve, his major weakness.

what bout emmet kent from clongeen i think, he's been on minor football and hurling although i think he was injured alot last year. he was also playing with good counsel and never let the side down.
his skill and determination is something else for a guy so young. if he doesnt make the senior panels for wexford in a few years some one has made a huge mistake.

Dara McDonald from Gorey is one of the best footballers iv seen for a long time taught him in school and I feel that he nearly took gorey to a premier football final by himself he has serious talent but i think wallace has picked up on this and is now scouting him for soccer lets hope we can keep this young man playin football as i feel he cud be one of the best lads to play for wex in a long time

most promising young hurler in wexford must be emmet kent from ross district. notice ross area have a lot of talent due to good counsel college. he has a great reading of the game and is very skillful. is now in dcu studying P.E. and am sure he received a hurling scholarship. this is where i have seen him play. if wexford had a few more like him their worries would be over. up dcu.

Is Barry O Gorman a son of either John or Bernard? If he is it proves that talent is genetic.

Willie Devereux appears to be the complete player already along with Liam Og McGovern and Benny Barron. They are the three best that I've seen

I agree with extremist he HAS to give it up because he is a fine hurler. Liam Og McGovern is the best underage star though
