The people there still speak with Irish accents despite never having set foot in Ireland and have all got Irish names


That's Newfoundland - but I wouldn't think it's the most Irish by any stretch. The Irish language(that was once very common there) died out there a long time ago and the Irish music tradition has all but died out with the current gerneration. They definately have the accents though. I would think cities like New York, Boston, Chicago have areas thta have a much more active Irish culture in terms of GAA clubs, Irish language to be deserving of the title of 'most Irish outside Ireland'.
