245791 I now agree with Jimbo. Golden boots me ####.

I looked the partb in my white boots, and that was in the early 70s. Trend setter I was.

Brilliant! Patrique I appreciate it. White boots I'm fine with! Nothing wrong with white boots... Kildare boys should wear them

Think Gola were the first 'white' boots (early 70s) and worn by Leeds players. I played a good bit of soccer meself (never really understood Gaelic football) adn in my latter years I used to love arriving out on the pitch on a Sunday morning to meet a young fella in yellow/pink/purple boots. I'd be in his ear immediately 'God lad if I was you I'd wear black boots - you are so bad you don't want to draw attention to yourself' and other such similar words. Never failed to work!!

You have hit upon it, an assured money maker, get the trade mark registered quick.

Kildare in WHITE boots, Tyrone in RED boots, Kerry in natty Yellow and green boots, the Dubs in SKY BLUE boots, the money making opportunities are endless.

Nike are the only company who makes golden boots, they'd fall apart within a month or two if the player was any good,Puma kings are the best GAA boots, although,if you were to wear Nike's golden boots in hurling it'd be alright (but it depends on the hurler who's wearing them,eg Shefflin,Kelly,Canning)
