tomaoo, obviously the people who attacked Dublin supporters and abused children in the stand in Healy Park in February 2007 are a figment of our imagination.

Same carry on in Cavan at a minor final, disgusting i had 7 year old boy 5 year old girl there throwing abuse at us during the game would';nt mind they were beating us by a big score unreal.Had to get up and walk way with 2 upset children, but they would have you believe it only happens in Dublin, thankgod the children have no memories of the event

Omagh I have to say was worst I've seen. Only time I was thinking I might get a serious hammering as we sat in car in traffic being spat at, windscreen thumped, doors kicked, flag ripped off and the punches thrown at people in the stand and on the way out. Never seen anything like that in Parnell Park or anywhere else for that matter and I've been at matches in nearly every county in Ireland.

its amazing how some dublin supporters cover up their own failings, you can talk about incidents involving fans of other counties but are in denial of the problems that your own supporters have.you guys are priceless.you cant even turn up in time for throw in,then when you do arrive, spend the next 70 minutes spewing bile at the opposition, not to mention throwing coins and bottles.i feel sorry fot the true blue dubs,of which there are many, that have to watch this at every game.

why are you denying that dublin has a problem.liamwalkinstown has pointed this out in an earlier post, credit to him for bringing it up.as for you hurlingdub, you say that the game in omagh was the only time you felt endangered at a gaa game yet in a previous post you talk about fearing for your safety at a hurling game in newry,

The_Defender County: Kerry Posts: 19 288748 PJ County: All Posts: 1040 How could Stan19 prove your point when you didnt make a point? One Kerry man runs onto the field and attacks Páidí so all Kerry supporters are violent.........One Wexford supporter ran on the field at Croke Park naked, so all Wexford supporters are streakers???????? Stan is very quick to attack dublin fans for their behaviour, yet Kerry fans are no angels either, Ok it was 1 kerry man that ran onto the pitch to assault O'se, but one Kerry man in croke park would be about 40% fo kerrys supporters in the ground. where If a couple of Hundred of Dublin Supporters were trouble making , they would probably be only about 1% of Dublins support. Its all Relative.

You'll be glad to know we won't be throwing coins this year as the recession is kicking in, and we only throw bottles at Meath Fans, thats allowed I think you'll agree.

I feel sorry for the decent Tyrone supporters to have to put up with what happened in Omagh, and the 5/6,000 genuine supporters who were at the Westmeath game and the Dublin game before the bandwagon effect kicked in. At least we have the same crowds no matter how badly we are doing!

Orange and blue, the incident in Newry had nothing to do with the match. It was in a pub in the town.

tomaoo i have to disagree with you there, there is most certainly a yob element attached to dublin GAA, but it most certainly isnt any where near the level that persists in soccer

Paddy there are also yobs in Mayo. Yobs who attack players in nightclubs, yobs who throw missiles at Kieran Donaghy and yobs who attack elderly Dublin supporters. We all have yobs.

They had it coming they did, and i mean come on, we are Dubs, they are Royals, its what we do.....innit! it was everything i could do not to douse them and get out the lighter.....! But i had a new pack of 20 and the spark was going low. What did they think they were doing, walking through Dunboyne in Meath shirts!!! Dont they know their Geography???!!

toma007. The reason it was not in the media was that it never happened. Never missed a Kerry-Cork match for years and I never saw ' running battles' in Killarney,Cork or Dublin.
