They were missing their keeper and that was it, although the buck they had in wasn't bad either.

Re giver in long. I think you should wait till lifford beat some of the top teams before you stat mouthing off about a lifford double, dont write off milford or moville yet.

these two peoples buming about lifford dont know much about gaa, people in lifford know that there is never anything won after six games and that they need to improve alot before even thinking about winning anything, its a long season. there is a lot off tough games ahead, its a very tough league with all the teams very well balanced..

Any views on how this weekends action will go in league Muff V Moville, i would expect an away win.

In championship:

Convoy V N Colmcille, local derby but home win

St. Eunans V N Ultan, Away win but depending on who Eunans field for the game.

Red Hughs V Downings, Away win but be tight encounter as downings are not a great side and Red Hughs are at home.

The weekend turn up a few surprises!

Convoy just about beat N Colmcille heard N Colmcille wer leading in the last 3 mins...N Colmcille just cant seem to see out games but in time they will learn to.

Eunans wiped N Ultan of the park by 10 points.. What is going on in dunkineely? r was this really eunans 2nd team that was playing?

Red Hughs were also well beat by downings at home!

Muff did well as well to beat moville!

Some interesting results indeed.... Newton are definately progressing this season.... and Eunans yet again can call on established and experienced players when needed.... will be a force to be considered in championship if they keep fielding a strong team..

On viewing of the upcoming fixtures for this coming weekend i couldn't help but notice that Lifford go head to head with Milford in the first of there "BIG" games in this league any views on this game?I fancy Lifford to shade it by a few points!

I also noticed they have 3 teams out on the one day surely this is not right...as i'm sure it was said when St. Eunans entered the 3rd team that no 3 teams would be out in the one day! But maybe it's because there a senior club?:O

Yes lifford are away to milford this weekend, even if its away i can see lifford come away with 2 points with a few scores to spare, milford are a poor side also..

milford are far from a poor side, they have some quality players that are capable of beating any team. if lifford can get a win away it would be a big win..

A big win means to win by a lot. I think thats what he means by a big win. Simple reasoning really for a team that is top of the league!

Where exactly is 'there' or 'thereabouts'?

Top of table? Bottom of table? Dunkineely?

Please elaborate!!!!!

Lifford Gael.

At the top, there is alot of games to be played, Naomh Ultans young team are starting to find there feet, and you should be the first to admit yous where lucky to get out of Dunkineely with 2 points. They had a bad start due to the difficulty of finding a manager and where behind in training, but are catching up and will be passing all out by October.
