What a great victory for colmans & all who have ever worn the red/white. Outstanding displays from hession broderick walsh(No.15) costello & nally. O'Shea tried hard for Geralds but their other big guns were well marshalled. Colmans have finally captured Connacht. its been a long wait since 1982. best of luck to the management & entire panel in the all-ireland series. They may repeat the succes of 1977 and bring it home

Great win for south mayo football, great to see the old names back in the limelight, future looks bright for the likes of garrymore. Colmans are well balanced team not overally dependant on individuals. have every chance in semis against 1st time oppostion.
