Right lads let get a few things straight some of these boys have busted themselfs over de lasst couple of months just to play a do or die game.. Kearney has made good progress since minor with the gers although if some fellas knew that yet keelan who plays with the dyi doesn't get one he has still played for louth in a champo at minor level as kearney hasn't. Connolly hasn't been fit since time last year doesn have much luck and prob would have been startin for not getting in a accident the sunday beforehand. full back line was a surprise as B Connollly had a bad game and pulled out of 50/50 balls nixon and clarke both good for the future. Half backs were expected to be our most steady and experienced line but had got let down by the middle.. Mc Cann and Brennan were both annnoymous for the game which led to the forwards getttin slack ball into them if not no ball.. Conlon naguire could do nothin but chase der men who attacked at will nd der size didn help either. pepe nd matthews done well with the pickings they had but rodgers had no impact on the game what so ever mully was a torture for defense but again had no ball to feed off.. only 3 boys who played sunday cant play next year and hopefully some of the boys will take experince from this and lift themselfs for their clubs and come back stronger next year.

Sunday was a disgrace..Corner back benny was left on 2 long.Pepe was nt gettin enough ball.Andy Mc should off being brought on sooner..Class delivery of the ball..Pat lynch also should of being introdced.Has great pace runing at the defence..Brian duffy y u bring him on,he wudnt chnage a game.Mulligan n n0.10 2 small..Rogers disgrace..Holcroft would of being way better even though some how wasnt on squad.

What about mulligan and conlons hight......!!Conlon ran ghis socks off and actually won alot of breaking ball!Mulligan was the best attacker louth had,cause dhis marker nad the dublin defence problems throughout the whole game!!

Sure when the supply of ball went in to pepe he did somthin with it..Did mully or conlon score even??Holcroft would of being a better choice.Matthews did wel for the supply!

this thread's gone to hell. leave the lads alone. hardly der fault if manager is bias. also forget about holcraft, he's not better than any of the 6 startin forwards at the min. not talkin bout the future only time will tell. der's many more lads that tink they were worth there place on the team too.

lads its time to get over all this talk about holcroft...dont get me wrong i think hes a good club player but no where near inter county level..ok he had a good u-21 campaign...but his markers wernt worth a kick in a stampede...the 6 forwards on sunday were the best louth has at the min(with the exception of mc donnell who i believe was injured)...holcroft wudnt have changed a thing

Lads last sunday was very poor as nobody from my own club was on panel I was there as a true supporter and not there for any one player. Though if Donnelly had have been in the middle beside Mc cann, Louth would have won. Felt sorry for Mc cann he worked his socks off fielded from kick outs tackled hard worked back broke forward gave good ball inside and actually was the one who was able for dublin physically pity he had no help from other midfielder and half back and half forward lines. Thought Rath, Hoey and smith were poor, cant work out how Rogers is on senior panel. Conlon and Mulligan too small not worth talking about Matthews from Glyde hes too concerned about hiding and cheating. Clarke was ok not great nixon not county standard neither is maguire or kearney and connolly the other corner back was poor to say the least not county u 15 standard how was he on panel? Only ones who should be on senior panel are Rath, Hoey, Mc cann and Smith. Who else is on panel apart from them?? Why was Duffy and Moran not on? Brennans a poor club footballer. Midfield on a county u 21 championship team, McEnanys having a laugh. McEnany cost that team a good run.
