jecht, predictions seem feasable enough..i hate to say it but i cant see kildallan beating arva

i wouldnt get too excited firstulster, the big difference with arva this year is the 4 to 5 minors playing on the team. arva will be without them this weekend as the county board have scheduled the st josephs minor league semi on sunday morning so they wont be available for div3 game on saturday evening

I dont know about Templeport v Corlough.. TP a better team on paper. But if it comes down to heart and resolve in the latter stages I fancy Corlough.. Could be volatile stuff!

Templeport V Corlough, If Ciaran Mc or one of the Laddy's bring there scoring boots that could be the difference.
I can't see it being the high score game it was last year.

i wonder what this one solidarty win will do for templeport football, will it be the springboard to the holy grail of the division 2 or will it be a mere comfort for a soon to be relegated team, management will have a big part to play in this. if they dont get on their high horses they should be all alrite.

arva finished game v strongly,last 20 minutes well on top, young players done well,never gave up,is pierson still manager,?didn t see or hear him on saturday,( arva dub)

Kildallon seem to be taking a backward step every year since intermediate. typical town team tink they are to high and mighty to mix it with the likes of swad, corlough. have been hearing mixed reviews about templeports full foward line. big piper is the kiernan donaghy of cavan football, while the other hard man in the corner young smith has found it hard to find his feet at this level.

Monkeydude if thats Smith that played midfield at times last year - to be fair to him he was TP's best player in 2 of their Championship matches last year if I remember correctly.. He's only young yet cant be anymore than 20.

Kildallan's manager quit after the game. Aaron Duignan and Colin O'Hara were dropped for the Arva game. In what reality do you drop 2 of your best players when you're sitting at the bottom of the division? Ronan Reilly has not played since he was called up to the county panel. Jason Curry and Stephen O'Neill are the only forwards scoring. Curry is being switched all round the field in every single game when the big names aren't playing in their positions. Very swift action has to be taken and a complete new management team brought in.

I would find it hard to get picked for a team I'm not a member of. The reason the team are fighting is because thay are facing relegation. Fact. The sorry fact you have to face is that Kildallan are at the bottom of the table without a manager. At least 2 players walked out and said they weren't coming back. You need to focus your energy on getting your club and your team sorted out not blaming others.

If Aaron Duignan sorted out his attitude towards the game he would be one of the best footballers in Divison 3 at the moment.. He has the ability to be a match winner.And Kildallon are ahead of Corlough on points difference only, Corlough's only points coming from beating Kildallon.
