Minors have a very good shot if they put their heads to it like last years squad. Very strong team and very strong panel at that. Ciaran Harper would have been a great addition to the squad but he chose to go to Southapmton F.C. Liam M Donald also not in a number of these line ups who i would have down as my first corner back. Looking forward to seeing the panel. No doubt there will be a few surprises this year again as Munroe as in charge

jarlath o'hagan played well in the trials, should get a mention at least in the squad.
can't believe that teams like dungannon sent 10 players forward...people like shaun barker and matthew mcswiggan are hardly worth a trial. anyone agree?

i think that every1 who thinks they are good enough should have a trial. were was niall morgan?? i hear some of the so called "definites" to get on the panel were poor and others who wernt so well known shone through. LIam Gervin was exceptional

i was just reading through the comments some people are writing in and some of the players there saying who should be on the 2009 minor panel are not county material to be honest. Are people just writing in watch out for such and such because he is there friend or wat. some players names i noticed are outstanding players and will make it because i have seen them play and when i see them playing they mite not be the big performer but they are always doing alot of work rate and never have a bad game. but always stand out. we will see the team when raymond chooses his team and he is manager of last years all ireland minor winning team and im sure he will choose the right team.

thewhite1 is the only man with sense.
nobody has said niall is giving up gaelic it must be someone wishing he does so they might get the team.
