however disappointing the result was against sligo, the discipline thing is a good thing. the only thing that was wrong and harmful was the fact that the 3 girls names were printed in the papers

Arva Ladies played Drumgoon on good friday in Drumgoon! they were losin by 5 points at half time, and looked bet! but came out fighting in second half lettin everyone know they mean business this yr! they bet drumgoon 3-7 to 1-10. the ref was a bit dodgy! well fit for intermediate!! and all their players look fighting fit!!

yes lacken are div. 1 and a senior club can you tel me any players for the future from that club? mary moore would she be one?

i was at the mullahorn v lurgan game last fri evening. and it seems to me that this lurgan team missing only one player fiona murphy didnt play great football against a very young mullahorn tem, what has changed from last year do they want to win a back to back league, 9 a side, and champ? any opinions?

I have a funny feeling mullahorn will do well in the champ dis year...was at the arva/drumgoon game, they had a great second half, which seems to me that they are a second half team, drumgoon had no answers to them, Donna english was excellant, they had there 2 forwards back from england who scored the majority, I beleive they were even missing another good corner forward plus there full back... drumgoon hadn't got nicola clegg ofr the mcdermott girl...if arvagh get there act together they will definately challenge the intermediate dis year... how they will do now in there remaining league fixtures will be interesting as i believe there forwards are heading back to england...should be an interesting summer ahead. just on more thing if they see this ciara gray much better at midfield with english and melissa king far better at centre half back!!

Cavanman09, (AKA-Thugbert Donnelly). Winning an all Ireland title is slightly more important than a 21st or wedding engegement and the 3 should have been allowed to do their bit of celebrating, end of. At the end of the day their probably 3 of the best players on the team and would have made a huge impact on the game, they would have been the match winners.

if dan leddy is the arva trainer then no better man to bring them up to next level....good manger...also with some of the players on that team they have the potential to go far....
