yes it was a terrible match and if any of the teams play like this on wednesday well they shouldn't bother turning up. Annaghdown were missing 3/4 key players and i think headford were near full strenght so that doesn't show much for headford

Headford completely self destructed against Mountbellew! They were 1-11 to 1-5 up at half time and the final score ended up Headford 1-14 Mountbellew 3-9!Headford also had two men sent off in the dying minutes and they were two key men so they will probably be missing them for the next match against Ballinasloe! The Headford backs seem to be weak enough this year as opposed to last years team!Could be a problem against the Corofin and Tuam forward lines!

Would have thought Miheal Breathnachs would have won by more against Barna....
Moycullen should be in ''B'' by right, they dont have a great team too reliant on David Wynne, not surprised St James' thrashed them, they have a very good team i think theyve had something like 9 players who were on ted webb panels in the last 2 years Elwood,Duane,Ronan O'Connell,Coughlan etc....
Corofin had a good win too.

my predictions for last week were all right. next weeks as follows

monivea v annaghdown- home
claregalway v mountbellew- home
headford v ballinasloe- home
tuam v corofin- away

we gave annaghdown a heavy beating but corofin will most likely be too strong for us. claregalway wont be beaten at home. monivea should beat a poor annaghdown team. headford apparently played well against mountbellew but two late goals caught them ballinasloe will not fancy the long trip to headford.

Whats Corofins forward line like this year?I know they have a good midfield but who would be their stand out forwards? They put up a big score against Monivea!

Id have to agree with all northerns predictions except for maybe the Headford v Ballinasloe match! On paper Headford should probably beat them but they could be missing their best player through suspension and their backs had awful trouble getting the ball out of their own half against Mountbellew! But if they get the ball up front at all they will do some damage!

well lads my preditiopns for it!

starting with the north!.

Headford V Ballinsloe. Should be a good game, havnt heard much about ballinsloe but heard they had a good game against claregalway last week, i'd have to say bsloe will win it in the end.

Claregalway V mountbellew.Claregalway at home will prob win it, mountbellew will have to give it their all and they might win it, highly doubtful tho, verdit: Claregalway

Tuam V Corofin. What a game to g to, by far the best match thats going to be held this year in the league, will be very exciting and with Tuam at home. however corofins experience and concentration will probaly win it for them. verdict: Corofin

Monivea V Monivea/Abbey..another clkose game but annaghdown will def pull through in the end. Verdicy: Annaghdown

Now on to the west!

St.James V St.Micheals...James seem to be better on paper and better scoreable ,forward, they will win it i feel.Veerdict: james

Salthill-Knocknacarra V Killanin..Killalan made it to the fianl last year and have more or less the same team. they will do the buisness again on wed night: Verdict: Killialan

Bearna V Maigh CuilinnVery tight game between two good teams. will be tight. However i feel My team will get the edge and win this by 4 or 5!. Verdict:Moycullan

Right lads this is my opionion?....any1 else agree?..
