So true the macrory is now over and lets be honest the right players were not chosen for alot of the team i myself wasnt chosen for the academy team but yet i play for dungannon. I beleive that the team to watch this year will be dungannon although i have my doubts about us defeating the fianna as they have a strong panel which include the likes of Conor Campbell. updaclarkesPQ (Tyrone) - Posts: 14 - 07/04/2009 19:07:44 251225 Link 0 |
No offense the Fianna aint that strong.. Although they got Conrad Cummings playing for them now in corner forward.. unkown (Tyrone) - Posts: 29 - 07/04/2009 21:21:26 251348 Link 0 |

On why the omagh players did not go 2 the trials as they did no want 2 be part of a panel which was managed by munroe due to the apparent harsh treatment to shane o neill last year, horribly mistake in my opinion but thats the young lads choices. well clonoe an unbeaten team through the season until they met cookstown a team that had been in unlucky in some cases and hadn't won a match, so cookstown were the beter team on the day even with injuries from some of their top players. irishwisdom (Tyrone) - Posts: 33 - 18/04/2009 18:44:58 261605 Link 0 |
cooksotwn were missing brian kelly who is one of their main players. myveiw (Tyrone) - Posts: 69 - 18/04/2009 21:37:44 261752 Link 0 |
Hats off to our cookstown lads, showed determination to fight back after going 6 points down. The substitution made by Cookstown was the turning point in the game and I can say nothing but fair play to them as they have been quite unlucky all year! Does anyone agree that Shay Daly is a quality back...he has been tormenting forwards the lenght an breadth of the county!Surely Munroe will see this and will give him a call up. green_white (Tyrone) - Posts: 55 - 21/04/2009 17:36:57 264352 Link 0 |
