Talking to a man last weekend and he told me that Michael Breathneach are going to win Frank Fox next year...he told me they have a great training plan put together.I reckon myself it will be Corofin again.

Corofin will win it easily.
I think Maigh Cuillin could make a surge too.Look out for them.

You need some sort of midfield to win a county paddy and thats something they don't have.

KIllerrin/Clonberne has themselves back on track for next year and could be a threat to corofin and nuig

What about Caltra, Mountbellew and Moycullen. Anyone give these boys a chance?

If all the teams in Galway city joined forces, would they match corofin?

I think its possible to break down the number of teams possible to win it down to just a few. Practically always its a senior a team that wins it. Its very rare to see a senior B team win so i'd rule them 10 out straight away. Anyway dont think there is a team down there good enough to win it. So that leaves 10. A team hasnt won the frank fox 2 years in a row since 1998 so thats why I feel corofin wont do it. N.U.I.G just dont have the commitment when they get to the later stages. Cortoon were shown up to be just pretty average in the county final and although have good backs are just not good enough. Tuam just dont have the players although are improving are ones for future years. Killerean are hard to gauge because they are always dangerous but just feel that they have to many old legs with a lot of milage. Caltra are not the force they were although lost a lot of games by one point this year and could be dangerous next year. Mountbellew aren't good enough. How Barna are senior A i'll never know. Take them out of Barna and they are useless. That leaves Moycullen and Caherlistrane. moycullen have a real chance next year. Got players with a lot of potential and in Gaeth Bradshaw the hardest working footballer in galway. They got a real chance. finally there is Caherlistrane. Last weekend in the league they proved they were the second best team in connacht not mind galway by giving corofin their toughest game since they playedCaherlistrane in the galway semi final. Any other referee on sat and they could even have beaten corofin. This is a Caherlistrane team who have not done a whole lot for 3 months who pushed a corofin team, who had played a connacht final 3 weeks earlier, to extra time. So if kept apart in the draw next year i see a moycullen v caherlistrane final.

The 2005 county champions were from senior B so already your theory is a little flawed!!

i said practically because i knew there was one or 2 that have but didnt know the years or who it was exactly. In the main its a team from senior a that wins it. Correct me if im wrong
