After been beaten by Athenry ,it looks like Renvyle should reach another county final next year

With Athenry and Kerrills both going up, will 2 teams come down to north. A very strong team could come down.

Team P W L D Pts
Glenamaddy 8 6 2 0 12
Caherlistrane 7 6 1 0 12
Kilconly 6 4 2 0 8
Williamstown 6 3 3 0 6
Oranmore-Maree 6 2 3 1 5
Corofin 7 2 4 1 5
Dunmore McHales 6 2 4 0 4
Annaghdown 6 0 6 0 0

2 teams from north going up is irrelevant, still one from west and one from north to be relegated from intermediate. Same with promotion to/relegation from senior. If there are too many teams in north or west they will ask a team to play in another league to make numbers even.

Surely if Derry O Brien is back he won't be playing junior football. First round of senior championship will be played in early summer, well before first round of junior championship. Unless mountbellew have six better forwards than Derry O Brien he will play senior championsip, making him ineligable for junior from that moment. He might play the early junior league games, but then again if both junior and senior are playing on the same weekend, senior management might tell him not to risk injury by playing with the juniors.

Spiddal should do it if they concentrated more on the football. the way they were talking last year was they were going to do a moycullen and win the all ireland. the aran islands and kerils soon deflated there heads a wee bit.
