Has Gordon not been called onto the Senior panel? He is a great kicker of a ball BUT when it comes to collecting the ball in the air amongst a lot of forwards, well, lets just say the jury is out on that...

he didnt start, but was on the bench, mcveigh was obvioulsy injured, but he must be highly rated in the senior camp..... yes i agree, suspect under the high ball, but a great kicker and brilliant shotstopper...personally i think down have to of the best keepers in the country, in mcveigh and mcallister

I think the management have picked a few players this year on name and reputation from the past. There was about 8 players dropped from the final trial that where much better than some selected. How is there 3 Ballyholland players selected? Somers from London is not good enough and is picked because it is a unique headline grabbing situation. Kilcoo and Castlewellan should be better represented.
