I believe podge Cullen has picked up a knock, I hope he is ok as I would not like to lose him, as he has been our best defender all Year, and would be a huge loss on the Full Back line along with Sean. I would agree with Mickmoore to an extent, but I thought there would be at least 2 changes to the Forward division. there are simply not enough scores coming from them. We cant keep Looking for Darroch to produce the goods, as I am sure Dublin will mark him closely the next Day. There are comments about the good and bad of Cian Reynolds, I dont think bringing him out as a third Midfielder worked, as his Man the No.4 looked very comfortable out there, and kicked a Point. I would agree that if Paul Cribben steps it up were in with a great chance, and I have no doubts he will come Saturday afternoon. I hope the Lads get a decent support on the Day.

gud luck tomorrow lads. in my opinion john mcandrew should start as excellent footballer from maynooth and not enough scoring forwards. cocoman is lucky to get his place as was poor in final. midfield is solid and backs are good. jus need afew more scores to help mulhall cribbin nd fogarty. if we play well tomorow i fancy our chances to win as dublin have only 3 or 4 good players really. this is the best kildare team we have had in over 5 years. best of luck

what does everyone think of minors?i think they just weren't clinical enough because they owned the ball and dublin were catching them on the break..thought keeper was poor for goal.mcdonnel should have been taken off for des holton from early on.tom barron was unlucky to be taken off.podge cullen was excellent, kevin corrigan had an off day..thought colin o shea tried very hard..shouldn have been taken off but switched, eoin doyle was excellent again prob their best player, midfield dne ok..comeford works so hard and is a great man to turnover possesion but he is guilty of bad passing on the ball, moolick wasn't as good as he was in the drawn match but you couldn't fault him either.upfront, cocoman was non existant, thought cian reynoldes worked very hard and was unlucky to be taken off because he was getting in great positions, was hurleys best game this year id say, caught countless kickouts,i still thought he should kick the frees out of his hand though.thought mullhall and fogarty hid in the full forward line and made very poor runs.however mullhall scored a good goal, cribbin di his best to get kildare back into it,serious engine and is a great player, kevin fitz had a very good game and made a differnce, made a few silly mistakes near the end but cant fault him,des holton should be on the starting 15 end of,bolton worked hard and honest, gave an option in there.bernard deay chose the wrong options on countless occasions, felt john mcandrew should have been played..

Need to shake up the forward line and get more scoring forwards on.

Hard luck to the minors. You couldn't fault them for effort especially the backs, but I felt that silly mistakes cost us in the end. In the first half we were very slow in getting the ball into the full forward line. They messed around with it in the middle and then were closed down. Also we weren't clinical enough up front and missed too many chances. Was surprised that cian reynolds was taken off because he was really playing a captains role in bringing them back into the match. Also thought McAndrew should of been brought on as he is a very good passer and would of giving the full forward line good service.

tough luck boys, but heads up its not over yet. was it a few year ago that dublin beat laois in a leinster final and laois went on to beat them in the final?
i thought ye battled well, especially pauric cullen and eoin doyle in defense. comerford was busy, but passing is suspect at times, moolick had a quiet day. reynolds did ok until injured, as is why he was replaced. cribben and hurley our best player i thought. did well, as did fitz when introduced, who will have to be in from the start the next day. full forward line was quiet. mulhall is always capable of a goal.

I agree mostly with what catandmouse is sayin. Keeper was at fault for the goal. podge cullen was fantastic and i think man o the match goes between him and eoin doyle who in my opinion are the best players on this team. Barron was unlucky to be takin off, i thought he was doin well bak there. mcdonnell played well in the 60mins but that should of bin all he played cos he was wrecked in extra time and a couple of their points came off him. holton however should definetley be in the first 15, i dont care who holds his height against him, he was on one of their tallest players n roasted him. o'shea and doyle were good as always in the half bak line but i think id b bringin byrne in for corrigan. moolick had a quite game but infairness to the dubs day handled him well and buolt on the experiance of him in the 1st game. not sue wat to make of comerford to be honest, he catches great ball in the middle but like sum1 said above his balls in are bad. cribbin hurley and reynolds all played well in the forwards, was suprised to c reynolds come off and even more suprised that day maybe didnt throw him bak in there in the 2nd half of extra time bcos he is a great leader and really gets the lads up 4 it, n can always pop up wit that pass in for scores which the lads were lackin in extra time. fogarty and cocaman were both bad n it wasnt a shock to c them off n i think it cud have put cocomans place on the line as thats the last 2 games he's not bin up to it. mulhall was terrible too but the thing is he can always pop up n make dat difference like he did wit the goal but i suppose that doesnt really excuse how bad he was. kevin fitz n bolton were both gud when they came on however i didnt think deay made much of a diff.
