Should posts like the Non GAA tread be tolerated

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Weyhey, can we have a standing ovation for the two biggest hypocrites on Hoganstand today...'Tomo' and 'Breffo', the cavan boys! Tom (<---slight detail change from previous post) decides to start a thread complaining about people starting non-GAA related threads...which just happens to be a non-GAA-related topic in itself..think about it! Then fellow cavan man jumps in head first talking about mangos and what not...brilliant!
I have also noticed since this thread started that the non-GAA thread has become even more popular and I believe this thread will also become a random post haven.
Well done lads, whats yer next trick.....putting out a fire with petrol??

House rules: These message boards are intended to be used for Gaelic Games related discussions.
I have no problem with people using the media to promote any sport even it is in competition with the Gaa.
But what I do object to is the Hogan stand site which has as its ground rule that it is for GAA related discussion only being used to promote other sports.
I can see that a man that was very vocal in relation to opening GAA HQ is now looking to join the Eurocrats fat cats club.
My fellow Cavan native Michael Greenan put it well at the time " Why home the homeless"
I wonder where that Gent from Roscommon that was pushing for the the opening where is he now ?.

Sheepshooter it would appear that you are firing twins, ie at 16.08 and 16.013 25/11/08.
Perhaps in future and you could state in a precise and clear manner once what your message is, and please respect Hogan standers ability to determine the content .

If you look again there tom, I outlined clearly what the detail change was between the posts i.e. (<-----slight change of detail from previous post). It looks like the first post was deleted as well. And I believe the content of the rest of the post was clearly defined, I havent heard any other calls for clarity from any other posters...same cannot be said for you!
You're rambling posts are nonsensical, its very unclear exactly what point you are trying to make AND my point has been proven that you have started and continued to participate in a non-GAA related topic, making you a hypocrite, my friend. Thank you and good night.
Anyone catch the man united game last night, was very dull. The antics of Christina Womanaldo were a joke but he's still a quality ball player and athlete. Imagine him slotting a few forty fives over the bar into the hill!

Sharpshooter - what in the name of God are you goin on about? My post is an obvious joke. It appears (although Icould be wrong as I'm not sure about your post) you're unaware of toms non-GAA threads about Cavan people and the price of Mangos in Dublin.

So you in future, if you're gonna try to be smart, make sure you have a basic knowledge of what you're talking about.

Tom, don't be bitter. We're entitled to talk about what we want in here. For the love of sport, just be quiet!!

To all of you I will say that the substantive issue in my post is, should non GAA treads be tolerated. If I should quote the applicable house rule again it says"

House rules: These message boards are intended to be used for Gaelic Games related discussions .

If that is not clear I am afraid that the special needs assistanct will need to be called in.
