Why are you blaming carna? Oughterard also appealed! Game is on!

peileadoir - I agree. Let the footballers do the talking. Three set of supports will be at the game Carna, Oughterard and Naomh Anna.

Does that mean 3 way play off now? It'll be feb before this league is over. Not fair for all players, management and family involved.

Can anyone tell me what happened Carna yesterday. I heard they threw it away, the radio said that they missed a load of easy chances. It was also said that Oughterard were missing alot of lads, some are supposed to be gone to Australia. Will they have to have a playoff now between Lettermore/Carna and Oughterard, because they all finished on ten points,it looks like we will have to wait until St Patrick's day for the final???????????????????????

we had this discussion already, no play-off. per the rules scoring difference is what it comes down to and I understand that Leitir Mor have the best of the three so they will play St Michaels in league final.

There will be no playoff.

As I said before:
Lets review Rule #1 in the West GPC:
Final place in all league will be decided by winner of the group game situation where more than two teams are involved scoring averages will decide.

So...........Lettermore have a better scoring average than Oughterard so they finish second to St. Michael's.

End Of.

i was up at the game yesterday, and i must say very impressed with the spirit of the uachtarard lads. I will forever appreciate uachtarard for i am a lettermore man and love the opportunity we now have. Uachtarard were by FAR the better side they absolutely blew carna away, the center back 4 carna had an awful day at the office and was at fault 4 much of the goals.. I had tipped uachtarard to top the league this year. i figured it was either going to be Uachtarard, Saint James, michaels or ourselves 4 senior football next year. 4 decent FOOTBALLING sides

Yesterdays game just shows how connemara teams stick together! Oughterard played politics yesterday and that just might come back to haunt them yet, This would not happen in the north board!
Michaels and Glenamaddy think they have it easy now cause carna are out, Good luck to Naomh Anna and I hope yee trash them.
