Fiann 7....i think you are forgetting the game michael devlin played in the league final scored 5 points so he did.....and as for david walshword on the street is that he is playing consistant football, he is very versatile...i watched him this year against carrickmore and errigal in the league semi an wuater finals and he was very consistant....hard 2 believe he is only 16!!!

Conor mc calliskey of clonoe is a player that has lost form reccently but apparently playing good stuff for the academy!

How can u say that Connor McAliskey has lost form recently but is playing good stuff for da academy?? doesnt make sense!! He is still a quality footballer and this past while he has broken his collarbone and arm during the minor season. his football for Clonoe has been over 4 a gud while because the minors didnt last too long and he is over age for the u16s. so he has had no football 2 show that he has lost form, only football 4 the academy an u say he is playin well!

We're not out to get any players from other clubs I would rather bring through our youth players though the majority of them are too young for the seniors yet. As for recruitment drive we never actively pursued players they came to us looking a game of football sure wouldn't every club take a player who would strenghten their team if they were good enough.

As for Clonoe yous will always be more illustrious than us we don't have the numbers to compete with you.I would say that its great that a club can come out of the parish and win the senior championship considering there are four clubs in our parish Errigal Ciaran parish one club Dromore are I think the only club in their parish Carrickmore have two. In my opinion the health of gaelic games in the parish is good and long may it continue and more silverware come back east.

Please stop this nonesense about players coming to play for us a lot of it is BS !

yea players move to different clubs all the time. Every1 is picking derrytresk out of all the teams only because this season they got bout 4 r 5 players. dont think that before that they got much players from Clonoe and Fianna!

I'm very surprised and dissappointed that none of the Killyclogher folk remember Mickey Boyle. He scored a mighty goal at Healy Park in the Minor Championship one year from 30 yards out. Hit it with the outside of his left foot and the ball bent, not unlike the way that Roberto Carlos hit that free kick against France in 1998. Top corner, best goal I've ever seen. He had great balance and was difficult to to knock off the ball. Mc Ginn thought very highly of him though he just dissappeared. He'd be mid to late 30's by now, think his nickname was 'Fish' or something like that. Love to track him down and have a yarn.
