Fiann 7....i think you are forgetting the game michael devlin played in the league final scored 5 points so he did.....and as for david walshword on the street is that he is playing consistant football, he is very versatile...i watched him this year against carrickmore and errigal in the league semi an wuater finals and he was very consistant....hard 2 believe he is only 16!!! maitiu124 (Tyrone) - Posts: 6 - 20/11/2008 16:49:47 146079 Link 0 |
How can u say that Connor McAliskey has lost form recently but is playing good stuff for da academy?? doesnt make sense!! He is still a quality footballer and this past while he has broken his collarbone and arm during the minor season. his football for Clonoe has been over 4 a gud while because the minors didnt last too long and he is over age for the u16s. so he has had no football 2 show that he has lost form, only football 4 the academy an u say he is playin well! updacelts (Tyrone) - Posts: 61 - 20/11/2008 18:03:05 146194 Link 0 |

If Nixon and McNiece haven't played in a while surely that makes them targets for the Hill when the transfer window re-opens? Curly Wurly (Tyrone) - Posts: 148 - 21/11/2008 10:27:14 146720 Link 0 |

HILLBOYS you started your recruitment drive in earnest!! cluaineo91 (Tyrone) - Posts: 27 - 21/11/2008 16:53:59 147166 Link 0 |
We're not out to get any players from other clubs I would rather bring through our youth players though the majority of them are too young for the seniors yet. As for recruitment drive we never actively pursued players they came to us looking a game of football sure wouldn't every club take a player who would strenghten their team if they were good enough. Mark Cunningham of Killeeshil was a great footballer in his day.... awful waste of talent for Tyrone seniors!! And also Paul Rafferty of Galbally is an exceptional loss for the Tyrone squad. BlueAnWhite (Tyrone) - Posts: 18 - 22/11/2008 15:51:28 147546 Link 0 |
yea players move to different clubs all the time. Every1 is picking derrytresk out of all the teams only because this season they got bout 4 r 5 players. dont think that before that they got much players from Clonoe and Fianna! updacelts (Tyrone) - Posts: 61 - 22/11/2008 19:02:26 147628 Link 0 |

I'm very surprised and dissappointed that none of the Killyclogher folk remember Mickey Boyle. He scored a mighty goal at Healy Park in the Minor Championship one year from 30 yards out. Hit it with the outside of his left foot and the ball bent, not unlike the way that Roberto Carlos hit that free kick against France in 1998. Top corner, best goal I've ever seen. He had great balance and was difficult to to knock off the ball. Mc Ginn thought very highly of him though he just dissappeared. He'd be mid to late 30's by now, think his nickname was 'Fish' or something like that. Love to track him down and have a yarn. Godnose (Tyrone) - Posts: 17 - 24/11/2008 13:00:34 148345 Link 0 |
